At AKNKart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@aknkart.com with your order details.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, AKNKart will bear the return shipping charges.
